Datura Flowers on Silk

Hi Everyone

Sorry, I have been busy with various projects and was not able to post anything recently. Well, the news is that I have just finished a painting on silk. I used my watercolor techniques, and basically it looks like a watercolor but it is not..... interesting!!!!!.hmmm


I am planning to mount it on canvas, once it is steam set. In that way it will be easier to handle without any glass on top. I will then coat it with a sealer to make it waterproof.......
Just trying out new stuff

    It is very pretty! How are you going to mount it on canvas? Are you going to fuse it or use another technique?

    I will not fuse it, but will adhere the silk to the canvas with a sealer. It will make it a permanent piece to hang.
